Solution Failed to add new resource.
There is not enough money on your account balance. Please send a check
or verify the validity of your credit card

You will get this error message when you account is in arrears. This is often caused by excess bandwidth charges or renewal of hosting fees.

When this happens we do not suspend your services, you are just unable to add new services or make any changes.

Please log into your Control Panel, billing icon to view the detail. You can use the Worldpay link on this page to pay with credit card.

On receipt of payment we will unblock your account.
