 500: Server Error
Solution

If you encounter a 500:Server Error, please check the following before contacting support.

Go to Network Settings,  change the CGI Script ID Number in Network Settings  eg if it is 1 then change it to 2, upload the site and test.

If this does not resolve the problem, please check the following

1. File permissions are correct. They should be 777 on acatalog and 755 on cgi-bin
2. That your firewall and anti-virus programs are not blocking Actinic
3. That a Network Settings test passes

 

If you are still getting the error message, could you please send us a copy of your Network Settings  (Network Settings|Export and then email the resulting  file)
