What do I do with my network settings file?
What do I do with my network settings file?
Solution
Before uploading Actinic Catalog/Business to Pinbrook Servers we will supply you with a network settings file.
This file contains all the paths etc you need to sucessfully upload. The file will come to you as an attachment to an email.
Save the attached file to disk.
We suggest you save the file to My Documents folder.
Now open Actinic, go to the Advanced menu, then go to Network settings.
On the right hand side of the dialog box that appears you will see a button labelled "Import" , left click this button and then "Browse" to the file you just saved.
Click Ok, and you will then see your network settings completed for you.
Double check your user name and password. (Sometimes we send the file with xxx in place of password etc)
Now "Test" the settings.
The Test will be sucessful is your domain has propagated fully onto the server.
